Delivery Policy

DesignDusk sells digital products only — nothing is physically shipped. This page explains when and how you’ll receive your files.

How delivery works

After you complete your purchase, we personalize your cover using the book title, author name, tagline/subtitle, and any other required details you provide at checkout (or afterwards, by replying to your confirmation email). Once we have everything we need, your finished files are emailed to the address used at checkout.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times depend on the product and add-ons you’ve ordered, and on how quickly we receive all required details.

  • Ebook Cover — usually delivered within 24 hours after we receive all required personalization details.
  • Ebook + Paperback Cover / Hardback Cover — usually delivered within 24 hours after we receive everything needed to complete your print files, including your trim size, page count, paper type, back-cover text, and publishing platform (KDP or IngramSpark). Delivery may take longer if any of these details are still outstanding.
  • Add-ons (Source File (PSD), Audiobook cover (ACX), Jacket Cover, Interior Formatting, A+ Content, Animated cover, Book Trailer, Bookmark, Poster Design, and other add-ons) — timelines vary by add-on and project scope, and are not guaranteed within the same 24-hour window as your main cover. Some add-ons, such as Interior Formatting, depend on manuscript length and may take noticeably longer. We’ll let you know if an add-on needs extra time.
  • Custom cover packages (Ebook-only, Full Paperback, Hardback) — delivered by email once your design is complete. Timelines are confirmed directly with your designer based on the scope of your custom brief.

What you’ll receive

Final files are delivered as JPG and/or print-ready PDF, as appropriate to the product you purchased. If you added the Source File add-on, you’ll also receive a layered, 300 DPI PSD file.

Order confirmation

Once all files for your order have been sent, we mark your order as complete and you’ll receive a confirmation email for your records.

Can’t find your files?

Check your spam or promotions folder, or search your inbox for designdusk.com. If anything is missing, just reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll resend it right away.
