Should I contact you before purchasing a premade cover?

You do not need to contact us before ordering unless you have a question about the available formats, personalisation or suitability of the design. Each premade cover is sold once and removed from the store after purchase.

Where should I send revision requests?

For an active order, use the private conversation connected to the order. This allows the designer to see the project history, previous files and requested changes.

Can I request a quote for something not listed on the website?

Yes. Select “Something else” or the closest relevant service in the form and describe what you need. We will confirm whether the project is suitable and provide the applicable details.

Can I send you my manuscript?

A synopsis is normally enough for an initial enquiry. Please do not send the complete manuscript unless a designer asks for it.
